Syracuse, NY – The popular Moonlight at the Amp movie series returns to the Lakeview Amphitheater and runs Monday through Monday, July 28e.
The Moonlight Movie Series will feature a double feature each week on all five video screens within the amphitheater footprint, allowing for great seating in the amphitheater and on the lawn.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring this free movie series back to the Lakeview Amphitheater. This great summer series continues to grow and had become a weekly family outing for many people in Onondaga County before the pandemic hit. We are thrilled to have families coming again to enjoy the beautiful scenery and fun movies,” said Carrie Wojtaszek, COO of Galaxy Media.
The Moonlight Film Series at the Amp will offer a series of three movie nights at the Lakeview Amphitheater. The Monday Night Series kicks off tonight with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. The first feature will start at 6 p.m. and the second will follow immediately. The series will also take place on July 18e and 25e.

The Moonlight Film Series is presented by AmeriCU Credit Union, Loretto, and the Trust for Cultural Resources of Onondaga County.
A variety of food trucks will be at the event each week offering dinner options and snacks for purchase. Visitors are welcome to bring coolers with their own food and drink, but no glass containers are allowed. Blankets and garden chairs are also welcome on the lawn. Amphitheater seats will also be available.
Entrance to the cinema is free and free parking is available in the Orange Lot. Seats are available under the pavilion and the event is rain or shine. For more information, visit www.moonlightmoviescny.com.
