Elden Ring Fans Add Warrior Jar Alexander to Movie Scenes Until DLC Announced

It seems inevitable that Elden Ring will eventually see DLC, given the scale of the game. With so many Tarnished clamoring for more, it will still be worth it for Bandai Namco if even just a fraction of them actually buy this expansion. still hypothetical. Indeed, last month’s hack seemed to confirm that the Elden Ring DLC is on the way, but it won’t be here until 2023 at the earliest.

Until then, Elden Ring fans in the official subreddit have decided to carry on a Souls gaming tradition of doing something weird until there’s an official announcement. In this case, adding Warrior Jar Alexander to movie scenes that didn’t previously feature a giant clay pot with illusions of martial prowess.

Reddit user Freetrolley42 started the new tradition with add Alexander to Forrest Gumpthen quickly followed that up with Clerks. Unfortunately, the moderators at Elden Ring said they “will not allow daily topics to become a thing”, claiming it clutters the subreddit and prevents “legitimate discussions and original memes and content”.

However, that didn’t stop either post from earning thousands of upvotes, or stop a copycat user from added Warrior Jar Alexander to Lord of the Rings.

Back when Elden Ring was first announced, the official subreddit devoted to wild speculation, separating the game’s only trailer for tiny nuggets of information. Since there’s not much to get out of a single video, daily thematic posts were still allowed. Sadly, it looks like the mods don’t want a similar series for the alleged Elden Ring DLC, though there may be more copycats waiting to insert Warrior Jar Alexander into even more absurd films.

There’s a ton of cut content that would be great for the Elden Ring DLC, including this PvP colosseum that would be the perfect new spot for friendly duels. For now, however, we’ll have to be patient as we wait for new content for what is so far the best game of 2022.
