23 satisfying movie scenes that made me feel good

A little while ago, I rounded up some of my favorite and deeply satisfying TV moments – the kind that makes you clap in front of your TV. Well, I’m back to doing the same for the movies! These are times so good that I remember people cheering for them in the movie theater / living room growing up.


First of all, of course – when everyone came back Avengers: Endgame:


When She caught Chutney lying and made him admit the truth in The revenge of a blonde:


When Umbridge asked Harry for help when the centaurs took her away, and Harry said the phrase she had used against him the whole movie in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix:


When Lando came with reinforcements in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker:


When Katniss destroyed the arena in Hunger Games – Catching Fire:


When Simba found out the truth about Scar killing Mufasa in The Lion King:


When Noah and Allie finally kissed again in Notebook:

When Evelyn and Regan figured out how to fight creatures at the very end of A quiet place, and Evelyn cocked her gun, then the screen went black:


When Laura called 911 and then shot Martin, her ex-husband and abuser, in Sleeping with the enemy:


When Mona Lisa proved, using her knowledge of the car, that Bill and Stan could not have committed the murder by my cousin vinny:
