During filming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Johnny Depp seriously injured his hand. It was so bad that he had to be immediately flown to the United States from Australia for surgery.
Henry Cavill was seriously injured during filming the witcher (Season 2). He was running in the woods when he accidentally tore his hamstrings. “It was a really, really bad tear, and I was very lucky that it wasn’t a complete hamstring tear,” he said.
Jason Isaacs accidentally hurt Tom Felton with his cane Harry Potter. “The very first scene I shot was actually Cut, it’s about the deleted scenes. When George Clooney was shooting the scene in Syriac where his character is tied to a chair and beaten, he accidentally lost his balance and tripped. Clooney ended up cracked on the head and spent two weeks in the hospital. Doctors said his head injury nearly killed him.
